You can view an apartment. A Kiez you have to know.
Photographs show you the apartment. They do not show you when the November sun leaves the courtyard, how loud the street is at ten on a Saturday, or whether the bakery on the corner will survive the winter.
Every property comes with a Kiez dossier: a seven-minute walking radius, covered twice — once on a Tuesday at eight in the morning, once on a Saturday at ten at night. Both are recorded. Including the parts you would rather not hear.

Valuation
A site visit, a review of the documents, an evidenced price range. Not a flattering number to win the instruction.
Preparation
Photography, floor plan, energy certificate, Kiez dossier. We do not go live until all of it is ready.

Curated viewings in small groups. We show it three times. After that it is sold.
